How do I place an order?

Our current range of books are listed on our Shop page above. Select the 'add to bag' option for any books you wish to purchase, and they will be added to your basket. You'll then be taken to your checkout, where you can either pay for your books or continue shopping to purchase more.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We accept a variety of payment methods, including Visa and Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Union Pay. We also accept payments via PayPal.

Question 3

How quickly will I receive my item?

Accepted Answer

We endeavour to ship orders as promptly as possible, and you will receive an order notification when your book is on its way to you. Please check your spam folder if this hasn't been received. Please take care to check if an item is a pre-order item, and the date it is expected to be released, before contacting us to check why it hasn't been received yet. Orders will usually be sent by Royal Mail second class post, but we reserve the right to use alternative postal methods if more suitable.

Can I combine shipping for multiple orders?

Yes! The checkout will automatically calculate the best shipping price for you, based on your location and the amount of books you have ordered.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship books all over the world. Our website will automatically calculate the correct shipping rate for you when you enter your address in checkout. If you wish to request an alternative shipping method, or have any other queries about shipping, please don't hesitate to get in touch with us.

I'm writing a book and am looking for a publisher.

Can we stock your books in our shop/on our website?

Of course! Trade customers can order stock of our books from the major UK wholesalers or direct from Vertical Editions. Get in touch with us via the Contact Us page for more information.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order if it has not yet been dispatched, although we usually turn around orders pretty quickly and so it may not be possible. To request cancellation click the button below and if the order has not been sent, we will do our best to cancel it.
